Burnout is not a personal failure. Much of the strain we see at work isn’t about individuals. It’s about systems that have quietly stretched people beyond what’s sustainable.
My work focuses on helping organisations notice this earlier and respond in ways that support steadier, healthier ways of working.

Education-based Support
Practical, trauma-informed support that helps educators work well, stay healthy, and remain in the profession. This pathway improves retention without adding pressure or extra workload.

Structured, remote support for teams experiencing ongoing strain, focused on creating sustainable working conditions for everyone.
Organisation Support includes:

This pathway is for individuals who are holding it together on the outside, but need practical guidance to sustain their health and wellbeing over time.
