Return and Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges:

We provide free shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat rate of £5.99 applies on eligible items.

Delivery Time:

We understand that timely delivery is important and strive to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. We estimate 2-3 business days for UK orders.

Order Processing:

We generally process orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Delivery Partners:

We have partnered with reliable courier services, such as DPD, Royal Mail, and Hermes, to ensure your order is delivered safely and securely.

Delivery Address:

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery addresses to ensure timely deliveries. Please note that we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses in the UK.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy, after which no returns or exchanges are allowed.


Eligibility for Refunds

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded; we do not refund sale items.
  • Exchanges are not available.
  • Partial refunds are not available.

We'll email you to confirm once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we will process your refund within a few days.


Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund, contact your bank or credit card company. It may take a few days for the refund to be posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please get in touch with us at info@marshakerrtalley.com

Shipping

  • Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please see we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
