We provide free shipping on all orders over £50.
For orders under £50, a flat rate of £5.99 applies on eligible items.

We estimate 2–3 business days for UK orders.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses in the UK.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy, after which no returns or exchanges are allowed.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded; we do not refund sale items.
- Exchanges are not available.
- Partial refunds are not available.
Refund Approval & Processing
We'll email you to confirm once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we will process your refund within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund, contact your bank or credit card company. It may take a few days for the refund to be posted.
